Solved clock puzzle now Ashley cant open the door to progress the level...

Playing on hardcore mode and I solved the clock door with Ashley prior to going up the lift and now after lighting the lanterns and getting the family crest and running back past all the knights, the door that she is supposed to unlock and go through is bugged and I cannot interact with it but the camera zooms in behind her like it would if she was opening lock.
I tried to reload the auto save and its persistent in the last full save as well. Loading a save even further back would lose A LOT of progress and time..Is there no patch for this bug? how is solving a puzzle locking doors to the rest of the game.

Is this your first time through her section? There's a door that is closed that you can't open near the end of her section. Go through the other door nearby even if it doesn't look like you're supposed to go there. Confused me and my friend the first time.

If you skipped doing the stuck elevator portion and already got the emblem, the false wall to the right of the elevator should be open which brings you upstairs to where you slot the emblem in.

Thank you! I was triggered thinking this thing bugged me out lol I read online someone giving a warning that if you solved the clock prior to reading the note upstairs it would bug the door lol It would have taken me back from 45 saves all the way back to 30 saves if I had to reset the bug lol Thank you again!

No problem man, glad to help, going back to an earlier save would piss anyone off so I had to respond!
