Can't play mercenaries on family shared library

my brother shares me this game and he already has the dlc instaled and has played it in his account, but i can't play the mode in my acc :( idk what's wrong, any ideas? i'm broke to buy the game for myself lol

I followed this and it broke my game lol, had to verify game files to patch it.
