Can I get A grade if using gas mask?
Or are there any restrictions?

There are no restrictions on apparel whatsoever.

If there is a restriction on accessories for any grade or challenge I have not experienced it yet and I have all the useful unlockables for the game now. as for any restrictions whatso ever I am not sure. I never aimed for A. I just played to unlock pro not caring about grade, then I played other modes to get S+ to unlock things. So I do not know if bonus weapons get rid of A but it is a safe bet accessories do not. Chicken hat, cat ears, deer antlers, wolf tail, and gas mask are okay. So is knighting ashley.

Bonus weapons have no effect on the rank either. The only thing the bonus weapons are affecting is the ability to get the handcannon. You can still get S+ with infinite chicago sweeper.
