How is this suppose to be possible on proffessional? whenever he swings at you, you WILL get hit even if you run straight away from him.
And if you do get hit you can easily get stunlocked into his next hit.

Simply got to keep you're distance so that you can dodge his attacks and unload on his face

Do not approach from front. You can watch the knife video on El Gigante and learn the positioning. I never got hit since I learned it.

he can also hit you when your out of his range you can't even dodge his attack when he slam on the ground ( as el gigante walk faster then you

Do not free the dog, Get BAR dmg lvl 4-5. Learn to hit every shot. Never ever have to dodge him again.

You can't. They removed all QTEs in the remake due to "fans" wanting that (dumb).
