Experiencing shooting bug and graphics problems

I am playing with a mouse and keyboard.

1. Several times while playing the game. My character starts shooting guns immediately when I press the right mouse button for aiming. Yes, I have checked keybinds.

2. I have maxed out all graphics settings in the game. All the bars for graphics settings are filled to the max. But when I enter the game and check the settings, all the bars are lowered by a severe amount. E.g. the character model setting bar is almost halved.

Anyone else experiencing the same? Anyone have a solution for these two problems?

1: Do you have a gamepad, joystick or any other input device plugged in other than M/KB? Check you device manager for any input devices or virtual input devices that could be interfering. This bug usually means there's something plugged in that's constantly sending a button0 signal which might not even be something you consider to be a input device.

2: The bars don't mean anything they are just a rough guide taken from the settings, the settings you choose are controlling the visuals.

I just noted right now, that it seems to happen when I Alt-Tab out and into the game again. Still should not be happening, so a solution would be amazing.

Try running in borderless window fullscreen if you aren't already.

That's a normal bug with how windows does alt tab though yeah. When I had it for a different thing I ended up pausing to menu before alt tabing and it stopped doing it.
