Cut content is not a problem for me personally. I liked the RE3 remake. But plz, next time Capcom look at RE1 remake and why it was very good, ADDED content instead of cut.

Gee, seriously. Basically every area in the game has been rearranged enough in order to give people who know the original a feeling of knowing and yet not knowing, of having been there 20 years ago, as if you're on some sort of drug. You recognize a building but it's half decayed. Like the area that used to be 2 ganados with dynamite in front of the ovens. I started Chapter 3 and was like "Oh, I used to fish here". The game literaly changes order and geometry so much its justifiable to call it a whole new game for the most part.

Resident evil 4 in name, this game changes everything you knew about the first version for a positive way, well worth the 60 dollars.

For "hardcore" (tryhard) gamers sure. Not for gamers who play for fun.

You're most likely saying this with basis on absolutely nothing.

RE4 has a bit of cut content, sure. But I feel like the pace of the game wasn't hurt by it at all.

And the segments cut were filled with something else.

(Only exception was U-3 and laser room, but honestly I don't care about dodging lasers with QTE's if I wanted to re-experience that I can fire the OG at any point)

Probably the strongest part of the game is the changes to the village act in the game. Making chapter 4 more open ended is what made it so much fun. And giving us the shooting range early. The small amount of backtracking for treasures and side quests work well too.

Not being included, is different from being cut when talking about a brand new game. The games play time is roughly the same as the original and all it's really missing is Ada's side campaign, which was a fairly short bonus mode.

It's a tough one

Resident evil 4 is absolutely a bit too long originally, but cutting stuff is always sad.

I think they made up for it by making the stuff they did use, have more impact and complexity
