D3D Error since Update
Since the update my game crashes before it even starts. I've tried everything under the sun to fix it:

-Uninstalled and reinstalled twice
-Booted in forced windowed
-Enabled D3D11
-Ran Steam as an administrator
-Updated DirectX
-Updated my GPU
-Verified local files
-Graphics settings are set to default with no ray tracing (Ryzen 9 5900x and 3080)
-Enabled high performance GPU for the game in Windows
-Closed all nonessential background programs

Anything else i should be trying here?

Did you restart PC? When I first encountered D3D, I was unable to boot the game back up until I restarted my PC

Yeah, several times. I've been at it nonstop since the update

you have officially joined the "out of vram" gang, turn off RT or get a new gpu, that wont be getting fixed anytime soon.

No modes either I'm guessing? That includes uninstalling everything in Fluffy. Maybe remove REFramework too if you have that.

Maybe try renaming local_config.ini in steamapps\common\RESIDENT EVIL 4 BIOHAZARD RE4 to something else and see if that does something too. :|

The d3d error -->25<-- is fixed. There are many error codes. No more crashes even if the VRAM is above the limit with this patch and the raytracing enabled.
i get d3d 22

Try to re-instal VC redist / Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.

Can't launch the game, crashes on start. Steam refuses to refund. Anyone encountering D3D 22? Only other forum I found that mentions this has a similar setup to myself using an LG OLED TV. The logs show it cant downscale resolution to 1080p and hard faults.
