You could also sell all your weapons but I'd never do this.
Yes you can buy the infinite rocket launcher on the beginning since on NG+ since there's a vendor right next to you right after you jump out of the window.
The leon /w rocket launcher charm can reduce its price by 20% to 1,600,000.
Another way would be to farm vipers at the fish farm. Store your weapons except the knife, go there with low health, collect vipers until your inventory is full, go sell them, rinse and repeat. The beetle charm also helps a lot here.
Or you just do it the normal way like BaLuX said^^
And just in case you weren't aware, nothing but key items get removed from your inventory on a NG+ run, so you don't have to sell your guns before finishing the game, you can safely take everything with you until you can buy the IRL.
But I would still suggest the fish farm. Start your next playthrough and get those vipers, it's not that far in the game.
I dont really understand these charms, these are random stuffs you can win by doing the merchant’s skill game, recieve tokens and for 3 token you can spin a machine that gives you charms, right?
