Crit is included in that DPS calculation.
You don't need to lowball matilda THAT much. It has more than triple the dps of a Red9 if you're clicking after every 3rd shot instead of just holding down the mouse button. About 3.5x more dps if you aren't accounting reload time. Your dps comparison is correct anyways.
That's why. People hate using the Matilda because of ammo consumption. If you are using infinite ammo, then obviously, that is no longer an issue.
If you do have cat ears, then it's one of the strongest weapons in the game. It's a 2000 rpm gun. The DPS is better than any other handgun by a mile, and makes minimalist trivial.
