Sorry to break it to you but if its an AMD GPU then AMD will require you to verify the hardware that came with the code. Unless you are selling your GPU along with it, the code will be useless to anyone.

I'm pretty sure nvidia does the same thing but I can't say for sure.

But if he is owner of that gpu and has the code then he can register it on different acc and sell his acc with game ready to be redeemed

You have to register the code AMD gives you to your AMD rewards account. You then have to download a verification tool to scan your hardware. Then you have redeem the code by linking your Steam account with AMD rewards account. Its been awhile since i've done this but it used to be a you do it all at once or not at all kind of scenario.

At best, he would have to make a new Steam account and then link his GPU to this new account and then sell the Steam account. I'm not too sure people are going to be jumping at the oppertunity to buy a steam account for the game when they could just buy a key for it.

Got a AMD Voucher to spare myself, didnt find any chance on Ebay because its rating. Just no one i know has an AMD GPU, so i want to trade it. If anyone wants to trade for a key or Steam gift of BattleBits, hit me up. Of course you'd receive the code first if your account is old&thrustworthy.
