It's literally just as difficult as in the original game, you just have to know how to position yourself and avoid getting surrounded, you don't even have to fire a single shot, just keep moving all the time to get past the village area.

You can kill him fast without the TMP.
Flasbang run up to him right trigger stab him in the throat. Two grenades and his dead.

I don't think the TMP will be at the same place in the full game

People saying this is easier than the original obviously forgot how actually just as easy the original village is.

In the original, once I get the shotty I run up on the roof where the gem is (they can only get at you from the front) and it's shooting fish in a barrel time. Just don't forget to pick up the drops before they disappear.
