This. Plus graphics look ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great and looking "samey" is a massive ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ plus when it comes to world building for games in the same franchise.
gamers really should stop thinking they understand technical stuff about gamedev
don't like don't buy
For example, it is reported that DMC5 was also produced using the improved RE Engine.
In defence of RE engine - RE 4 Remake demo looks fantastic, I think they squeezed out almost everything they could, being dependent from the graphics in games I am pretty happy with the picture they provided, couldn't say the same about RE 2-3 Remakes, but they alright...
Enjoy the games for what they are, no one remembers Shattered Horizon nor gave 5 starts to BF 2042.
