i was talking about the chainsaw guys signature move from the original
just sayin
(still yet to see the acid melting face death). But so far this has a lot more variation and gore, even though the chainsaw guy don't decapitate you anymore, his killing scenes are far more intense.
And yes, there is one death animation that one ganado holds Leon from behind, and the other one chop his head off with an axe.
I grew up with Resident Evil. It has always been about horror and gore, but, RE4 took the softcore route.
well thats cool that didnt make it too tame like re2/ 3 remake
just a liittle bummed on the chainsaw guys signature move being taken out but its not enough to make me drop the game altogether cause the gameplay feels good
i just hope they didnt take too many of the original deaths out
although this is a definitely an improvement as it should be since its a remake of re4 the most brutal game in series
im just a bit concerned theyll take out too much of the original deaths not that i mind them adding new ones but making them too softcore compared to the original ones is kind of a big deal might as well call this a reimagining instead of a remake
its fun tho
I actually even on the original, I only saw the death animations in videos. I played this demo once, didn't die at all and just watch on Youtube all possible death animations montage. I will do the same when the game is out.
im just saying those deaths were what made RE4.. RE4. lol
and made it stand out from the rest of the series
It's not just RE fans. I'm heavily involved in the Dead Space and Doom fan communities and it's like that there as well. It's not the fandom of any particular franchise. It's not even a gamer issue. It's just how people are nowadays, in general. "You have an opinion that is not perfectly in line with my own opinion? F*** you!"
i too, wanted to see Leon get decapitated by a chainsaw, like old times. sadly, even his new death simply LOOKS brutal without any of the actual dismemberment it alludes to. totally tame, and therefore lame.
respect the human people. please, respect the human.
