wtf... my monitor is a 1440p but i can set it to fake 4k and play in fake 4k in games but not this one...
I had the same issue, found out it's caused by the display zoom of 150% to increase text size. I turned that off and could then select 4k....
And yet, PS5 manages to pull it off. Barely. 52-56 FPS in most scenarios at the Village.
So i don't know about your PC Specs. Mine are ♥♥♥♥. I can only run it at 1080p, 30 FPS Cap, Maxed out. Because lowering the settings doesn't give me any more FPS at all.
Plus PS4 Pro is full 4K at 60 FPS on PS5 too. But it's missing some effects, agressive LOD.
However... it has one BIG PLUS. It doesn't have microstuttering present in PC, PS5 and XSX.

i doubt the ps5 is running the maxxed settings available to PC. and by "runs liek crap" i mean like a fluctuating 55-60fps.
