Hair Strands graphics issue / bug

Anyone else getting this issue with horionztal lines being on leon's hair? I don't know what is causing it.

I have a 4090. It is doing this on 1080p and 4k. The only fix I've found is turning hair strands off.

Turn off Hair Strands. Its a experimental feature that was added in the last minute and its not working correctly when affected by some light sources (the hair becomes too bright). By turning the feature off you get the original and intended hair effect on Leon that was used for the pre-release trailers.

In my opinion this experimental feature, while interesting, doesn't look very good. The original hair from pre-release trailers looks better and more natural. Its how the developers intended it to be.

One more thing to keep in mind: the feature has a considerable performance impact.

I had the same issue here, going from 172 FPS to 120 FPS, consuming 60 FPS. so I turn it off.
4090 driver 531.26
