Anyone else getting this issue with horionztal lines being on leon's hair? I don't know what is causing it.

I'm surprised more people aren't talking about this it looks really ugly you have to turn off hair strands to get rid of this Or crank the resolution to 200%

I didn't have that issue.

Didn't happen to me. In fact, it has one of the best looking and natural hair I've ever seen in any video game.
Doesn't happen to me on PC, nor PS5, nor PS4, nor XSX.
But it does look a little bit "off" in certain scenes.
However the hair looks fantastic and has zero impact on Consoles. Like not a single frame.

Are you playing at 1080P or 1440p? Looks like it doesn't happen for 4K users
Doesn't happen to 1080p users either on PC. Nor 4K users on PS5 and XSX. Nor Dynamic 4K which is 1440p to 4K on Consoles. Something is off with your settings probably, some other settings do not mesh well unless you are maxed out, then it's weird.

Everything is maxed out and resolution is 120% Maybe you should look again because it happens on both of my computer's
How can i look at your PCs?
it doesn't happen to me, it doesn't happen to others. Try to lower the resolution to 100% and see what happens. Maybe the downscaling is causing the problem. Who can really know if you are the only guy with the issue?

My PC specs wouldn't be the issue if I run everything at Max settings You won't notice it if you have a 4k monitor and you just choose 1080p you won't see it And I'm not the only dude if this guy's having the issue also

Native 4k.

It's a resolution bug for sure Looks like 1080p users can't use high or normal hair strand graphics

Yes, they can. I have a 1060 6GB LMAO. And i can't get consitent 60 FPS stable no matter the setting, lowest, or highest. So i just cap the game at 30 for testing, and put everything at MAX. Doesn't dip below that. So yes, you can game at MAX on 1080p.
(VRAM Cache doesn't matter, If the Texture Resolution is set to High, it's High, everything else is just VRAM Cache and doesn't improve textures, just like RE7 needed 11GB of VRAM to max it out).

It's not like i am going to play this on PC anyway. I learned a long time ago that PC isn't just worth it because a lot of games come broken day 1. And i don't want to wait for a fix.

Framerates not the issue here if you haven't noticed what we've been talking about the whole time

Do you want me to quote what you just said?

"It's a resolution bug for sure Looks like 1080p users can't use high or normal hair strand graphics"

1080p users can use Maximum Hair Strand, because i used Maximum Hair Strand, along with all other options on Maximum. So 1080p users CAN USE MAXIMUM HAIR STRAND.

Yeah.. It looks really great. Hopefully Capcom can update RE2R and RE3R with this new feature. (And also FSR 2)
