No that's not true, with DLSS Quality you actually need to try to find imperfections (DLSS2, not talking about 3 which does have a problem with tearing), FSR is horrible to look at though.

This is objectively wrong.
FSR and DLSS make the image look worse.
The visual compromise offered by the latest revisions of Dlss is minimal and often we end up with games that are even more defined than the native 4k but with unjammed TAA.
PS we also don't consider the free performance increase.
Heard rumors about RTX 50 series being much stronger than 40 series, so I'm waiting.
