I have a 3080 and nope. It is a water cooled model if that would matter (EVGA Hybrid FTW3). Maybe you have v-sync off and its running at a really high frame rate. That'd be my first guess.

You mean coil whine right?

That's called coil whine. All GPU's have it, but it's usually unnoticeable. It tends to be more pronounced when the GPU is stressed or overheating. It's not a software issue, so the game itself is more or less innocent in this.

Pretty much the only things you can do are tweak the fan to be more effective (this makes the fan louder, which depending on the case may be just as annoying as coil whine), turn down settings, or get a better GPU heat sink. Also make sure you've got good airflow inside your case.

No its like the fast stoping or something, grinding, i could try with cap, but its just this game now, its very strange, at the first time i thought which neighbour is drilling the wall, when i removed the headset i figured out its the gpu, like wtf, its like a drilling sound

Have you tried other games? Chances are it's not just this demo, where this issue happens l.

Yea, it's fans spinning. Or it can be coil whine.

The noice is just in cutscenes and if i attack with knife or pistol, which make it very strange, ofc somethimes its random if i run but if stand still its kinda normal, if i hit with the knife it makes the noise, like wtf :=)?

You might be having coil whine. That's perfectly normal. It just means your GPU is past the "brand new" threshold. There's nothing you can do to fix it outside replacing the cooling block.

I have a 6950xt. My fans were blowing hard but when I changed the framerate to 60 and turned off some other things, it's been at a nice cool 61c at max settings at 2k.

Coil whine.
Cap FPS in nvidia control panel or undervolt GPU with MSI afterburner.
