You mean coil whine right?
Pretty much the only things you can do are tweak the fan to be more effective (this makes the fan louder, which depending on the case may be just as annoying as coil whine), turn down settings, or get a better GPU heat sink. Also make sure you've got good airflow inside your case.
y i tried with 58 fps cap and it still did the strange noises, when i shoot or use the knife + cutscenes, its very strange
Cap FPS in nvidia control panel or undervolt GPU with MSI afterburner.
