Ashley is beautiful, we really came a long way from RE2 Claire

I have to see what she looks like with 4K, max settings, ray tracing and HDR on, but so far she already looks more attractive than resident evil 2 remake Claire.

I mean, Claire looks okay in certain angles, but on some angles and some lightings, she doesn’t look as good.

While Leon always looks good in all angles and all lightings. But then again, he’s Leon, so I expect nothing less!

Resident Evil 3 remake Jill looks a step up from Claire as well but her face is more focused on a certain group of people who likes those kinds of faces.

Ashley has a very attractive feminine face and I love her small thin lips! I knew Capcom can make beautiful female faces if they wanted to.

Actually let me pre order the game right now!

Well they definitely put the effort into make Leon looking somewhat consistent throughout the games. But ♥♥♥♥, Claire in REmake2 and Jill in REmake3 are completely different people.

She looks ok. Claire or Jill were fine too. Maybe they weren't divas, but they weren't ugly either. A matter of taste. On the other hand, I did not like Dimitrescu and her daughters from the beginning. Their appearance of beauty mixed with ugliness plus the fact that we know it's not human makes me feel weird seeing them. And no, not even mods can make that feeling go away. After all, they were designed as an enemy to kill, not as an object to sigh.

^These characters are being presented as female, but something is off here, it's almost like they are meant to represent a DBZ fusion hybrid of the two lions shown above. So in conclusion, anime has nothing to do with this, but ideology certainly does.

If you think humans walking around in the world all look like anime girls with makeup and filters, you absolutely need to go touch grass. Women rarely look like your idealized fantasy of what they look like, in the same stroke, men rarely look like Leon.
