Hi guys, first of all we'd like to apologize for any issues you've had with the game.
As the MDV Community knows well, we are worked hard, I'd like to say almost 24/7 to fix all known issues. There are still a few we are currently working on. I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your patience, and the help you bring us. We're gonna keep working hard and very soon everything will be fixed!

Specs: Laptop with Intel Core2Duo P8400 @2,26GHz, 4GB RAM. Windows Vista. ATI Radeon HD 3470.

I've crashed both with and without Steam Cloud, also at both Windowed mode (1024x768) and Full Screen (1200x800, the max possible at my monitor). I've also crashed while playing Story mode (can't even finish the first match), at Settings window and once right after pressing Start to start the game.

I have a couple of issues. Here they are :

1. I use an Xbox controller to play. I played 2 sessions without any issues but sometimes I load the game and only about 25% of the button press are registering. This is really annoying and the game cannot be played that way. By the way, my controller works fine in other games. I have also tried another controller and the issue persists.

2. Cannot customize keyboard controls. The default keys are horrible to play with. I think they are based on an AZERTY keyboard. Q for left and D for right on a QWERTY keyboard isn't intuitive.

Also, here's some recommandations I would like to submit :

1. The characters that have different control schemes (Like Bruce) should be controlled differently. Holding the move key to move the character has a small delay that makes it hard to play quickly. I would suggest the keyboard keys to move the character and the mouse to control the angle of the shot (or use both joysticks on an Xbox controller).

2. The translations are sometimes buggy and are missing some lines. Not a big deal, but I thought I would mention it anyway.

I have not yet tried the online portion of the game but without proper controls, I won't venture there yet.

@bibz thanks for your comment, we have fixed the xbox controller problem, for 2 custom control will be available today, , regarding recommandation i fully noted them especially for 1

i still cant play multiplayer i am on windows 8 and it starts fine and then you play for a few sec and then the screen freezes and i cant alt tab delete to get out because it completely fills my screen black except for the star bar but it wont let me see or touch any windows open includeing task manager to stop the process. so the only option is to restart my whole pc.

Whenever i launch the game the only thing i get is a black screen. Sound plays normally but i cant see anything at all.

OS: Windows 7 64-bit SP1
Processor: I5 2500k @ 3.6
RAM: 16 GB
Graphic Card: Nvidia GTX 670

Game starts, I see the "autosave" warning, then it crashes. Here's the relevant portions of game.log (I'm sending the full thing to the e-mail address):

And I have a dual screen set up: the main screen is at 1920x1080, and the secondary screen is at 1200x1920.

Game doesn't apply 1920x1080 resolution in fullscreen mode.
Instead it has a black border on every side.

When i switch to windowed mode, the 1920x1080 resolution applies correctly.

OS: Win 7 Pro 64Bit
CPU: Intel i7 930
Memory: 6 GB DDR3
GPU / G-Card: Sapphire ATI HD 5870 Vapor-X
Monitors: Switched to singlescreen, cuz the game crashes with my second screen enabled.
Current Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster SA350 24" with 1920x1080 resolution

I cannot play a hotseat game with two players on the keyboard. It says "Press Start" for the second player to join, but as the start button is Return, it chooses a character for P1 and makes P2 a CPU. Haven't found a way to make it work.

Not sure if anyone else has this problem, but whenever i try and choose a character in online mode, it doesnt work and i end up just sitting there for the full 90 seconds. Choosing the character works in single player, just not multi for some reason. I'm the 3 people I'm playing don't want to wait 90 seconds for me to auto-select.

I changed the P2 controller to an Xbox controller and now I can't choose Keyboard 2 at all. Not to any player. I've tried to reinstall the game multiple times and disabling Steam cloud. I can't even reset the controls with "reset to defaults" in the settings.

Hmm ... do you have any idea which setting causes this?

Because i haven't altered my driver settings in any way that could interfere with the resolution at all and i haven't had this problem with other games before.

edit:
I think i found it.

You need to set the "underscale"-value to 0 for each and every refresh rate.

MDV for example runs on 50Hz, so you have to set your monitor to 50Hz, then go into the CCC and select my monitors and scalingoptions.

There set the underscale to 0, save and switch back to your standard Hz-Value.

Ah Happy to know @Wargod, you fixed your problem , i have the samething on my computer here , so i will try your solution, but as you was able to see ,your problem was not in relation with the game but with your screen setting :) thanks again for your help on this case
