Is there a manual?

I recently downloaded this game for £2 because, well, why not? But I can't even begin to play since I don't have the slightest idea of what's going. I'm pretty sure I can't find the manual anywhere in the steam app folder, so does anyone know where I might find it? Is there even a manual to begin with (and if not, how the heck do you play)?

Isn't the original manual included in the game folder ? (Don't have it on Steam)
Maybe it's on the CK 1 store page of Steam ?
It's neat but outdated for Deus Vult.
