What is "Order of the Red Star" achviement

I'm just installing the game and watched the achviements. I might try 100% with this game and was wondering what you have to do for the "Order of the Red Star - Repay your debt to the Motherland" achviement? All the other achviements were completing mission so this is the only you have to do something special or?
