What are the keyboard controls?

It took me a few minutes to figure out Enter will go into the car at the start, after dying a bunch of times from other keys causing a bunch of cops to spawn. I've figured out that tab, ctrl, shift, space and enter do stuff. That's four out of six, where are the other buttons located? (YBAX + shoulder buttons = 6 (or maybe 8 if there's two shoulder buttons?)). It's also a very unpleasant experience to play with wasd+mouse when the only way to enter/leave a vehicle is in the middle of the keyboard ;P.

The controls are all listed under the Controls menu. It also pops up an icon above your head telling you to press enter when you go near a car at the beginning of the game.

The keyboard also provides secondary and sometimes third alternatives to each key, such as alternative action buttons next to WASD.

All the onscreen prompts, as well as everywhere in the settings and help menus, only list joypad controls for me.

They list joypad controls because you have a joypad (game controller/joystick) plugged in. Unplug it and re-launch the game and the game will show keyboard keys instead of buttons.
