Linear or free roam?
Is the game free roam? I do mean free roam.. Like Red Dead Redemption. Any feedback for those in the game now would be awesome. Many thanks before hand.

Nevermind. Found the answer. Just in case someone else was wondering. It's not free roam.

no flint but linear puts u in the action and gunslinger puts u right there in great shootouts.. choose wasting time or hell yeh action! if u like westerns then u will love the story as its very very informative like a book, plus great action non stop linear......

what do you choose punk?your choice? haha roam for nout, or shoot for freedom
Thanks for the feedback. Really appreciate it. I guess in my age, I was looking for something a little more relaxing. Far Cry series is good, but I'm more of a western fan. Sort of like Red Dead Redemption.. You can hunt, skin, play poker etc. I'm not discounting this game as I'm sure I'll get it just for it's promise and value. Still holding my breath for a PC free roam western style game. :) Thanks again!

np mate the older you get then the less patient you are, the duel sequences are a real nice touch ... for the money its worth twice as much as long as u have a good pc cus theres a lot a moaning from others

i can honestly say that living in a game is bad for your health. take the action and valuable points from it and dont dwell too much( from an ex addict)
hehe. some of us like watching the grass grow. Sorta like Farming Simulator. Heck, I still love playing BF3. In Red Dead Redempion, I set goals for myself like how much money I could gain, how may deer I could hunt and how many hands of poker I could win. I see your point, but to each his own. :)

An open world game is like watching grass grow... wtf?!?!

I'm with you Flint Westwood, I loved Red Dead and would be thrilled if it or its successor made it to the PC. For those of us that love the old west an open world game is cool to run around in, explore and just enjoy the environment.
