The 3 respective revolvers used as base are scofield .45, colt walker and the peacemaker/M1873.
The front post of the original scofield is MUCH bigger than the one from the ingame model (quickshooter), about twice as huge even.
The peacemaker (Six-Shooter) was modelled almost 1:1.
The original colt walker (Ranger) had no rear sight, but its front post was indeed a bit smaller than the one in Gunslinger.
What I'm saying here is, some parallax errors aside, no.
All about aiming might differ from reality, but the proportions are barely flawed.

Imagine the back two posts with the front in the middle. The tops of all three are even... | | |
Now in Juarez, the middle(front post) is twice as high, indicating he's going for extreme long range lol. The would be a ok if I was going for that 400' headshot, but not so cool at 30'.

I raise it again, it looks strange, but it's -correct-. The peacemaker had no rear sights, but a very big front post. What you see in this game isn't that far from reality.
To furtherly answer, no, there is no fix, you must live with that huge bead... but if you get the Ranger, you likely won't have complains anymore.
yeah i'm going rifle route anyway
Actually its a converted 1851 Navy
Still no rear sight though.
