Mouse not working

Title says it all, mouse is not working. I can walk using my keyboard but aiming with the mouse is impossible. When I go too far on the right side my pointer appears on my second screen.

Config :
- Windows 8.1
- Tri-screen
- Tried both fullscreen and windowed
- Steam version

Any tip would be welcome.

I have the exact same problem. Went back to play after it worked perfectly 1 month ago.

I'm on Windows 7 with one screen. Likewise, any adive would be appriciated.

If you ever use a gamepad run it with that plugged in, quit and then run it normally and it should work. If you don't have a gamepad reinstall your mouse drivers or update to the newest ones or if you run a program like Razer Synapse make sure that is up to date

I am having the same problem, running windows 7 with dual monitors.
I have tried several things already with no success... this is kind of game breaking

I'm having a similar issue but I only have one monitor. In the menus the mouse cusor is in the top left corner of the screen and won't move and in the game I can't aim with the mouse.

Same problem. Everything works fine until I'm in the game itself. It's pretty much game-breaking, since you can't aim if it doesn't respond properly to your mouse. Only happens in-game and in the in-game pause menus. On the main menus, the mouse works fine.

My computer meets and exceeds the minimum requirements, so it isn't a hardware issue.

I would suggest going with windowed mode and rebooting. Since a game controller seems to be a cause for concern, try unplugging it before rebooting.

I don't use any controller, just mouse and keyboard. I did a reboot and today the game is working normally, thanks for the tip! now I can play

win 8.1 dual monitors and had a xbox one controller plugged in. I removed the xbox controller and rebooted. working now.

Same problem here, win 7, dual monitor. tried windowed mode and restarting and checking files and launchnig in admin mode. im all out of ideas,

worked for me when I restarted my computer (reboot), also got a mail from ubisoft, if you have any controller plugged, you should remove it first. it worked for me
