Anyone done New Game Plus...

I have finished the game and got all the nuggets etc. Now I want to move onto new game plus, anyone done this mode and can explain how the game differs in terms of difficulty, ammo, damage etc

When you start a new game plus it asks you what difficulty you want to play, same when you first started the campaign. The only difference is you keep your skills and level so you can max out every skill tree.

I have started a new game plus but on wild west mode. Im loving it, im trying not to go hit but its hard but very enjoyable.
