It can be played and played really well, but be damned if it isn't annoying to learn and vastly inferior to the previous game's dueling.
Overcoming the focus and speed of the hand system feels satisfying really, made me feel like i've won a real duel. I've never thought that this mode will actually get people mad, was fun for me
So it isn't a good system, but it's pretty easy to learn.
It's not a problem of mouse controls. It's suddenly floaty on controller too, and always was. This is deliberate, a design that makes you think a different way to get the kill and provides a dreamlike mood.
It's like a low gravity mini-game. You have to think in terms of nudges.
