Hello,i'm having trouble leveling up since it takes too long and the enemies kill me faster than i kill them.I'm lvl 51 at insane mode,and i was wondering if there is some kind of way to do the boomerang exp glitch to get exp faster.
I don't know if i should be posting this here,i think it might be against the rules.

Yeah but i borrowed my friends laptop and it have Castle Crashers on it.And yes,it was bought,it isn't pirate.
Unfortunately he won't let me play online because he wants privacy to his Steam account,so i have to lvl offline.
I'm leveling at the troll boss on insane,but i have a REALLY hard time since i keep dying to the little trollies.
If you can spare a minute or two by giving me tips,i would really apreciate it.I'm a red knight with maxed Magic/Defense.

The boomerang has been patched on both PC and Xbox 360. It simply won't hit any enemy more than once before returning to your character... the only thing it spam hits is gates/doors (those don't give XP of course).

Isn't there any way to bypass the patch?
I saw that you can uninstall the patch on the Xbox 360...

No because it was already in effect in the Xbox 360 version when it was ported to PC, thus there are no "previous patches" in the PC version that would allow us to reverse the patch.

as a level 80 and in the top 300 I say that fighting the insane catfish alot helps if you dont let the cannon hit

Even as Level 99, it really isn't about the levels. In Insane it is all about the right techniques and strategies, especially if you play multiplayer.

Just maxed out Agility,beholding the speed of the bow & arrow even if the damage sucks.

I've found that if you go to the industrial castle, use the boomerang on those pillars that shoot electricity balls, it should get stuck and youll get xp quite quickly.

This does not work in the PC or Xbox 360 version, only in the PS3 version.

Well, I just wanted to see if my friend was hacking or something, because he used the industrial castle one in an online game we were playing. It was on PC
