Built in voice chat
Is there some way I can disable the built in voice, but still use skype while I play multiplayer or maybe set up a push-to-talk key?

It can be set up in your sound card/motherboard config panel. What I did was disabling mic volume in devices and mixer tab. This disables the mic with anything Steam-related but leaves Skype intact. I have a Realtek motherboard with an integrated soundcard so ymmv.

In the ''Ready'' page, before you and your friends begin playing, you can mute them in-game, so you can only hear them in Skype.
