Some people did a glitch to obtain it. It's not meant to be obtained and can heavily mess up your file.

Let me restate...

If you're talking about getting it legit, then no, there's no way, it's XBOX360 exclsuive.

Otherwise, sure, it's obtainable, but obtaining it comes along with a bit of other stuff and that just doesn't make the game fun.

you can get hatty and golden whale and sword by having battleblock theater on the same account

you can also use family sharing to get it. seriously guys, get your facts right. dunno where you heard that you cant get it but its very obtainable legitimately.

As for as I know get BattleBlock Theater then play it, then get Castle Crashers and you'll have it along with Hatty.
