How do I unlock the Necromancer????

I got to play as the Necromancer on Xbox360 but I don't remember how I got him excatly. Do I have to buy a DLC or pass a lv on insane???

Can you unlock the Necromancer only on PS3 or can you get it on Mac as well?

you can unlock him in every version(PS3,XBox 360,Steam)

Just play insane mode and You'll unlock lots of characters

Necromancer is gotten from the industrial castle, Cultist is from the eskimo village.
Anyone want to get them with me? I'm definitely nowhere near the end with my character yet though. I don't want to do that alone lol.
I'm up to the flowery fields & Industrial caste.
