I would say PC version is more flexible. Console version allows everyone to play on single console (solo and local multi) and single user account to play anywhere (solo or with other game owners) . Steam allows single user to play anywhere like on their own PC (solo and local multi). Of course, there's also internet multiplayer, but game is best played with friends localy.
wait.. so does that mean that I CAN'T play locally with my brother on the same pc with 2 controller plugged in? He has to buy another copy?
