Should I get this for PC or Console?
I know the console version allows co-op with only one copy, but steam has great sales. Any other reasons I should choose one over the other?

Steam, It's more accessable than a console, you can play it on your laptop, so if you like portablility, there. It also has cross-platform multiplayer, you can play with console people even if you have the PC version.

I did some extra research and read that the game was poorly ported to PC. Anyways, I think I can make a good choice now, thanks everyone for your help!

It's cool game and especially in co-op. To play localy you need multiple xinput gamepads (xbox360, some recent PC hardware) or emulator (normal gamepad to xinput / keyboard to gamepads).

I would say PC version is more flexible. Console version allows everyone to play on single console (solo and local multi) and single user account to play anywhere (solo or with other game owners) . Steam allows single user to play anywhere like on their own PC (solo and local multi). Of course, there's also internet multiplayer, but game is best played with friends localy.

PC version is better IMO but you really need a controller to play this game.
