Need advice on beefy enemies.

So I am fairly new to CC. Got Red Knight through normal and have started on Icekimo (want the brute sword). Heres the thing, I am really bad at handling beefy enemies and want to improve my skills. So Icekimo just got to Full moon and I started playing arround with the first group.
1. I cannot for the life of me juggle these baddies.
2. They grab me more often than not. Thinking range is my issue?
3. Running arround Arrowing/Magic at ranged, is cool on a ranged char, not on a melee char :(

So looking for some advice and any is appriciated.

i cant say thats ever happend to me before (the not letting you go) so maybe its a Glich? idk
anyway the best advise i can give ya is to try and start a Air combo and pass over him and repeat, Dealing with Beefy guys is a real pain without Magic or Arrowing but it can be done with melee (just you take a few hits)
