How does insane mode work?

Ok,so i unlocked insane mode recently,but i want to play with other people.My level 99 friend is gonna come play with me,but i have an unanswered question,do the enemies scale to the highest levelled player in the game?Or is it just set to a solid level?

On insane mode most of the enemies and bosses has tons of health and they are really tough. Every level gets harder and harder like Industrial Castle, Desert, Full Moon etc. The only way to beat Insane mode by finding a friend who has a level 99 character and a gold. A friend can help you skipped every level on Insane like Desert, Full Moon and stuff. And you and your friend must beat the final boss twice. Try looking at TheDude935's guide. It'll show you the level you want to skipped for Insane. Here's the best way on Insane: you can get your character to farm. The Thieves' Forest, Catfish, and Painter boss is the best place to farm on Insane.

Insane mode = enemies with 10x more life and damage. If something had 300, on insane mode it will have 3000. Get it?
