Can someone please explain me how to get it? I really want to play insane mode
P.S: I've beaten the game with my friend, we played every single level.

White skulls are obtained for a character that beats every level in story mode on normal, a golden skull is for beating every level in story mode on insane.

If you don't have it there may be a level you missed.

Does it matter if i beat the levels in co-op? Does that still count?

I'm pretty sure it does. I got one while playing co-op on the PS3 version.

to get white skull is to beat the game in normal single to get golden skull is to beat the game in insane single

did ur friend skip a level? if either of u dont play a level, u wont get a skull.
