Castle Crashers or Battleblock Theater?
Which game should I buy to play mostly co-op?

I don't have Battleblock Theater so can't speak for that (other than it looked pretty good), but Castle Crashers is pretty fun to play with friends.

i bought both, and i believe castle crashers is more fun to play with friends! although battleblock theatre is pretty good too

If u can i would say buy both, specially now where at least bbt is in sale. (Dunno about CC) But i would say CC is more enjoyable in coop than BBT.

Battleblock's coop works a bit as portal, trine, and all these coop "platformers-puzzle" games, you can help or hit each other, but is for 2 players only...vs is for 4 players.

Castle Crasher has 4 players coop, and the game is a lot of fun for its price and a first run through, and if u like it a lot, unlocking more characters is a thing too...

Regardless, i think Battleblock Theater is a better overall game, with much more lasting appeal...i mean, would suck if their more recent game was worse than their previous...So yeah, both great BBT slighty better
