PS4/PS5 Button Layout support? Please

Castle Crashers is avaliable on PS3, PS4 and PS5.
Despite that, the pc version doesn't offer the layout support, you're forced to play with the XBOX layout.

Since the game is getting a new DLC, can't we get the option so select whatever layouts we want? Keyword here being select, because I hate auto detection, because if the game doesn't detect the controller correctly, it will always default to XBOX.

(Also while we're talking borderless window would be awesome, idk why the game doesn't offer it.)

Nobody is talking about controller input buddy...
I'm talking about controller LAYOUT, the buttons that the game displays. It shows the XBOX layout (AB and XY) even if you have a PS4 controller plugged on.

it might be just me but i don't have any problems with the layouts probably because so little games i play have the ps4 layout lol

I only owned sony consoles, and since you couldn't really use the PS3 controller on pc, I would always play with keyboard. Recently I got myself a PS5 controller so I could play some more arcade-y games on PC, and that's when I learned that most games only have XBox layout options.
