Animal Handler not popping?
Hey folks. I'm just trying to 100% this game and I can't seem to get the Animal Handler achievement to pop. Yes, I used the wiki to check that I got every one. Yes, I bought the two in the Insane Store. Any help?

hello,

double-check you actually got Beholder[castlecrashers.fandom.com] - it was reported numerous times that sometimes game is getting glitched and the door leading to Beholder is getting closed and you need to re-open it to make game count that you got that animal once again (or something like this)

Sweet I'll try that. I might have missed Pelter from the Insane Store as well so I'll give both a try.

Nope I had Pelter and reopened the Beholder door. Does my character have to be the one to have originally collected every one?

no, you just need to unlock them, overall. no matter which character

1) try to launch Steam in offline mode, then back in online mode (don't confuse with your account online/offline status)
2) try to grab (mount, tame, equip - not sure what the best word here) each animal one by one
3) try to switch to another character (0 level some) and do above with him

Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it. I tried all of the above suggestions but none of them seemed to work. I found some of the Orbs while playing offline could that have something to do with it? Maybe I should go back and find each one level by level online?

I can say for sure that this achievements is fully obtainable offline and you don't need to play online ever to get it - but sure you can try one more time with online mode, just to be sure =/

I'm going to try and find each Animal Orb individually with Red Knight, the character I originally found them with. Hopefully that will work...
