how to save game progress?

ive been trying to save my game but it keeps saying castle crasher is unable to save progress does anyone know how to fix this plus it says to retry or contiue its really annoying

you cant save a game manually. it saves automatically after you die, beat, or finish shopping in a level.
after you die, beat, or buy stuff and leave the level, at the bottom it will say saving game or something like that.

but whenever i die it just says castle crasher is unable to save progress would the battleblock theater game bundle which contained castle crashers be the problem?

No, it would not. Try running game as administrator and see if it saves.

the saving process is automatic all times you only need to enter a level or shop

I beat the level but it didnt saved the game
