Which one is better?

Saracen's "projectile" wind projectile can launch enemy into the air, but it almost do no damage, which is why I preffer normal Bear's projectile

Saracen is the only one of the two with a "splash attack", so he has better crowd control.

Like iceskimo vs blue knight, which one is better than the other depends on how you play more than anything else.
