This is a strange issue. Can you send us a support ticket to or support system with your dxdiag attached?

If you are unsure how to grab your dxdaig I have listed steps below!
1. From the start button, select "run" or type "run" into the search bar, then hit enter
2. Type "dxdiag" into the run field and hit enter
3. Once the dxdiag tool dialogue window pops up, click on the "Save All Information" button or tab
4. Save the report file to the location of your choice, and attach the .txt file to your ticket!
