Fix for crash on start up

I am running Windows 8.1 and beta branch of Serious Sam 2. The game crashed on start up when I tried running it through Steam and Bin folder.

Here's what fixed it for me:
Go to '\steamapps\common\Serious Sam 2\Bin' folder
Right click Sam2.exe and select properties
Check 'Run this program as Administrator'.

Now you can start the game from Bin folder and the game shouldn't crash.

Then copy all the files from the Bin folder and paste them in to the root folder ('Serious Sam 2 ' folder).

Now you should be able to run the game through Steam with out it crashing on start up.
