I have last graphics driver / I uninstall and reinstall game / I reinstall DirectX 9 driver / I use +fullscreen 0 option / I use last official patch ... I don't care why he not work ;'(

That screenshot is of your CPU, not your GPU (graphics card) :)

Also, can you try Right Click -> Properties -> Verify game cache integrity? Let me know if that fixes it. Seems to be something with movie playback.

maybe the problem is in patch? (in v2.066 is work and in v2.070 not )
And I experienced,i place patch 066 in STEAM game (run with crack sam2.exe) and is work :)
