LOD Bias ? graphics setting for modern cards

what is the maximum quality graphics quality settings ? HDR without antialasing & what more?? what is LOD Bias meaning & what setting do I take ?? Thanx to you SS2 fans from an old SS2 fan

Negative bias = sharper textures
Positive = softer textures

A positive bias means a game begins the mipmap process sooner causing textures to soften.
Negative bias impacts FPS, while a positive bias drops the processing load. Negative LOD bias can cause texture shimmering, though anti-aliasing can reduce this. I suggest -1 or 0 LOD, Anti-Aliasing low, HDR on. In terms of the other settings just go maximum/full/32 bit/ultra, etc.
