Guys, if I put my game on 3.2, will I lose all my characters, etc?

Due to the server costs currently not being paid as a consequence of our bankruptcy, galatron and all metagame services are down. You guys figured out that 3.2.8 is the last online playable version. That's an old (fall 2016) version which still uses Steamworks for its matchmaking and networking. A guide was posted here to help players grab that version.
