The best solution would be, of course, to not alt+tab. But you probably have good enough reasons to need to.
Well my problem is not important, but anyone help the OP.
Test this to see if it is a problem from steams side, launch a game from different DRMs like Battle.net or Origin. If this persists in these games too, try:
If this only happens within steam games, you could try:
If none of these solutions work, try wiping your hard drive.
OR, if you are using windows 10 and have this problem - Downgrade to Windows 7/8 or Linux
