How do you switch between [Team] and [All] in the chat?

I'm a little new and I'm tired of saying "gg" to my team only...

Hold Shift + Enter to switch between team chat and all. Also, you can mute players so you don't see any text chats or hear taunts from them if its annoying you.

There are boxes next to the names of the opponents on the far right side of the stats screen showing all the players. When you click in it, a mute icon will show.
