Had to do the kickstarter for it. They said a few times they wont rerelease it due to upsetting kickstarters since it was promoted as exclusive for kickstarters

I feel like they should take it out of the skins list so that people dont get sad or whatever for not having it and the only people that have it are the kicketsarter people and they can use it in game and everyone can see it its just not in the list, sorry for incoherence.

Agreed.
It only serves to annoy players who cannot get the skin.
The chances of them actually encountering the skin during play is pretty low.

Ronimo is planning to allow the exclusive kickstarter skins avaiable for the swords and soldier 2 kickstarter and there's a poll going around to judge on the situation, however Ronimo won't be able to do this as it violates one of kickstarter's rules and quote to the starstorm kickstarter "Bronze Tier – For donating $50 or more, you will receive everything included in the Iron Tier as well as an exclusive Ghost Leon skin. This skin will only be available to Backers of this campaign, so no “timed-exclusive-so-just-get-it-some-other-way-later” or any of that stuff! "
