You can have get on the other side of the ledge on the right and get to the flame from there. Do note that this is may take a while to get just right to get by the flame. It took me quite a while to get.
It need patience and practice. :)
The author said there are 7 wisps in the game...
And...
"It's one of the two wisps in the game that are visible when the level starts, and I wanted to include these wisps to let players know there a several hidden wisps throughout the game."
The rest of the non-mirrored stages seem to be cleared of them, too, unless there's some fancy footwork needed to make them visible.
Really hard to find them all.
